CONTEST RULES

1. All tales will be sent with the name and family name of the author or a pseudonym. We assume that the sender is the writer itself or a friend who do it with the author allowance and mentioning his/her name.

2. The stories are accepted in Spanish, Catalan or English. Other languages are excluded to avoid comprehension problems among the members of the jury, who are not very smart.

3. The stories will be, as stated on the title of the contest, "Micro" size. The translation of "Micro" into an objective data is established in a 100 characters (spaces included) as a maximum length.

4. It is a free topic contest.

5. All the information about the contest (contest rules, awards, winners...) will be available at: www.qrcode.es/contest
Obviously, the names of the winners will only be posted after the deadline, when the jury make the final decision.

6. We have set the submission deadline for April 20 11.59 pm (GMT+1) (UPDATE: we've extend the deadline until April 22th 23:59h)

7. Will be evaluated: that the jury enjoy it, that's all.

8. The jury decision can not be appealed.

9. The stories need to be submitted from the form under the PARTICIPATE section of the Contest website: www.qrcode.es/contest.

10. There will be a sole short story winner.

11. Prize:
The winner will receive a Merchandising Pack of his QR-Short Story worth 100 euros. This is: cups, t-shirts and much more with your QR-Short Story printed, for you to give to your friends, cousins, nephews...

12. The contest will be declared inconclusive if non stories are submitted.

13. The contestant stories can be reproduced by TMC that will quote the author and transfer any rights. We reserve as well the right of not reproducing some.

14. The jury award will be announced on April 23rd 2009, Saint George's day. The only way we have to contact the winner is through the email, so please make sure you check your mailbox or the contest website.

15. By entering the Contest, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute, claim, or demand related in any way to the Contest will be decided by the organization.

16. It's allowed to send the same tales you already sent last year. Of course, if the jury realize you possibly lost some points for lazybones.
